Brechin Flournoy : PR and Marketing

Brechin Flournoy of Sagacity Communications is an Integrated Marketing Communications specialist whose expertise crosses public relations, digital and offline marketing, social media, and web development. A former dancer/choreographer/independent producer, Flournoy teaches marketing/PR workshops for San Francisco Friends of Chamber Music, Center for Cultural Innovation, among other agencies; and has twice led panels and speed-coaching at Americans for the Arts national conferences.

Plinio Hernandez : Social Media

Plinio Hernandez  is a recent graduate from UC Berkeley were he received his MFA in Art Practice. While at UC Berkeley Plinio focused on his studio practice but also became interested in how contemporary social media tools like facebook, twitter and youtube affect politics, education and identity. At UCB he taught classes both in the New Media Department as well as Art Practice Department where he implemented curriculum that critically looked at social media tools. In addition Plinio co-founded and ran Pueblo Nuevo Gallery in Berkeley for three years. Currently, Plinio freelances as a social media consultant around the Bay Area, continues teaching, curating and producing his own art work
