Application Process

To begin the application process please contact SFFCM's Executive Director, Mr. Dominique Pelletey at 415-710-0551 or pelletey@sffcm.org to discuss eligibility for fiscal sponsorship with SFFCM.

If eligible to apply, the applicant should complete the SFFCM Affiliate Program Fiscal Sponsorship Application which includes:
    

    Cover Sheet
    Part I: General Information
    Part II: Chamber Music Project
    Project Budget Form
    Supporting Materials  

The application asks the applicant to describe the chamber music project and also asks questions about what stage the applicant and/or his/her ensemble is in their career and what services they will anticipate needing from SFFCM.  Some applicants are far along in their career and only need our fiscal sponsorship services.  Others are just beginning and need our help to get started with not only their business-related issues but with their education in how to fundraise and promote their ensemble. As a service organization, SFFCM's purpose is to promote the careers of professional chamber musicians at all levels.
